Why is there an order cap of 50?

I’m a one-person business! The merch will not be gone forever - I plan to reopen the store a few times a year with more stock for most popular and requested items, and new products. Please keep an eye out for future emails and Instagram stories to vote for item restocks!

 

Will I be responsible for tariffs?

I am sorry to say, but yes. Tariff costs will be passed to the customers. I cannot absorb the tariffs since I am a new business, but that may change in the future.

 

When will shipping begin?

Orders will be shipped once a week. If there are any delays, I will update via Instagram stories and email! 

 

Where will orders be shipped from?

USA via USPS with tracking by default. 

Letter mail does NOT have tracking by default. (Orders with stickers & prints ONLY)

 

Will my order have tracking?

1. 3D merch (stationery & charms) has tracking by default.

2. Orders with both 3D merch (stationery & charms) and flat merch (stickers & prints) will have tracking.

***I will refund the letter mail shipping for these orders since you will pay both shipping prices (no workaround aside from a manual refund).

3. Letter mail (stickers and prints) does NOT include tracking.

If you choose letter mail, I will NOT be responsible for any lost packages and will NOT refund the order.

There is an optional add-on for "Tracked Shipping" on the Product page if you would like to upgrade Letter Mail to Tracked Shipping.

I will not be able to change your selected shipping option once the order is placed.

 

 

Selling and Shipping to the EU

Unfortunately, due to the GSPR, I will not sell and ship (even digital PDFs) to the EU. It is an operational cost that I cannot absorb as a new business. If the situation changes, I will post on social media. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

Shipping to the UK

Please note that we are NOT able to accept any physical orders from the United Kingdom (UK) due to the changes made to their VAT regulations as of January 2021. If you are a UK customer during this sale period, we will, unfortunately, be refunding your order.

However, I do accept digital-only orders from the UK. (FUTURE ITEMS)

Is there a return policy?

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns.

I only accept refund requests if photos are provided of the damaged product from shipping.

I will do my best to ensure that the goods are packaged securely. Once I ship out your package, I am NOT responsible for lost and damaged packages.

If you think your package is lost after 2 months in transit, or if the items arrive damaged, please contact me at crescentlightningart@ gmail.com [no space in the email address] to resolve the issue.

Any attempts at fraud e.g. by initiating a chargeback after items have been shipped to you, will result in a blacklist.

 

Fees

Buyers are responsible for any taxes and fees incurred on their products due to import laws into their own country.
